2. Description of Service

Montra provides access to prayer and mantra content, horoscope features, AI-powered tools, playlists, notifications, and optional premium subscriptions.

We may update or change the App at any time to improve performance or add or remove features.

3. Eligibility

• You must be at least 13 years old to use the App.
• If you are under 18, you may use the App only with parental or guardian consent.

4. User Accounts & Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining control of your device
• Ensuring your information is accurate
• Complying with all laws when using the App
• Paying for any subscription purchased through App Store or Google Play

Montra does not require account registration. Subscription access is tied to your App Store / Google Play account.

5. Subscriptions & Payments

• Some features are available only with a paid subscription ("Premium").
• Payments are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
• We do not process or store your payment information.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled.
• You may cancel anytime through your device's subscription settings.
• All purchases are final. Refunds must be requested through Apple or Google according to their refund policies.

5.1 Required Auto-Renewable Subscription Disclosure (App Store Compliance)

To comply with Apple's requirements for auto-renewing subscriptions, we provide the following information:

• Subscription Length: Monthly (auto-renewing)
• Price: $1.99/mo
• Auto-Renewal Terms:
  • Your subscription will automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
  • Your Apple ID account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current billing period.
  • You may manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your App Store account settings.

6. AI Features

Montra includes AI-powered features such as:

• Horoscope readings
• Prayer recommendations
• Dream interpretations
• Question & answer features

By using these features, you agree that:

• Your questions/messages may be processed by AI service providers (e.g., OpenAI).
• AI output may not always be accurate or reliable.
• AI content is for entertainment and informational purposes only.
• You agree not to rely on AI output as professional, legal, financial, or medical advice.

7. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the App for illegal or harmful purposes
• Attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the App
• Abuse AI systems
• Violate the rights of others

We may restrict access for users who violate these terms.

8. Intellectual Property

All content in the App—including audio, text, graphics, icons, design, and AI-generated materials—is owned by Montra or its licensors.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or reuse any part of the App without permission.

9. Advertisements

• Free users may see advertisements provided by third parties (e.g., Google AdMob).
• You may opt to remove ads by upgrading to Premium.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as-is" and "as available."

We make no guarantees regarding:

• Accuracy of AI or horoscope content
• Continuous, error-free operation
• Compatibility with all devices or versions

Use the App at your own risk.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Montra is not liable for:

• Loss of data
• Device damage
• Inaccurate AI or horoscope content
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Your sole remedy is to stop using the App.

Continued use of the App means you accept the updated Terms.
